What type of art files should I send?

We prefer .ai and .eps, but we can also work with .pdf. (A .jpg or .png is not ideal, but we can make it work if absolutely necessary.)

What pieces of information should I have prepared before placing my order?

When a customer contacts us, we start by asking the following questions:

  • Are you with a group that we have worked with before?
  • Are you affiliated with a school, church, or organization that referred you to us?
  • When is your event or deadline?
  • How many shirts do you need?
  • Do you have your own artwork or do need us to design some for you?

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

We base our order fulfillment times on your deadline and our production schedule. We do run into some busy times each year, which can lead to slightly longer turnaround times. Add-ons like bagging, tagging, and barcoding can extend the turnaround as well.

Do you require order minimums?

We prefer a minimum of 72 pieces. On occasion we do smaller orders, usually for groups that order larger amounts other times.

Can I cancel an order I have already placed?

An order may be canceled without penalty 48 hours after the order has been placed, unless product is a special order, non-returnable item. After 48 hours, the customer is responsible for 50% of the cost of the order.

Can I send over trademarked art to be printed?

Triad Graphics, Inc. will not print any licensed logo or material that we do not have express written permission to do so from the owner of the trademark. For example: we were not able to fulfill an order for a local high school choir who wanted shirts printed for a New Year’s Day parade at Disney World using Disney-trademarked font and ears โ€” until the school provided a letter from Disney allowing us to use the logo for their own personal use.

Will I own the artwork you create for my order?

We do not charge for the art we create for our clients, and as a result of that, we retain the rights to all artwork produced by Triad Graphics, Inc., unless it is a licensed/trademarked logo that the customer owns.

Can I place a rush order?

We do not do rush orders as they are based on deadline and schedule only. If we are able to complete an order by the requested time, we do it. ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you require an order deposit?

For new customers, we do require a 50% deposit on the first order, unless specific terms and references have been set up. At this time we accept cash, check, and cashier’s check. We are working on getting credit card set up soon.
